We enjoy our work and the feeling of a job well done, and we know that any sense of accomplishment starts with laying firm groundwork. Our on-site teams of engineers are available to perform detailed analyses ensuring that parts and components are developed to meet quality and customer standards. For initial analysis of a design and its manufacturability, many automotive customers rely on our in-house Objet3D prototyping capabilities and design and development services. Our locations are well equipped and experienced in secondary operations such as sonic, spin, hot plate and vibration welding, gas infused liquid adhesive gasketing and more. We offer many decorative options as well, such as hot ink stamping, silk screening and EMI & RFI shielding. Many of these secondary processes are completed at the press to reduce excessive handling and labor costs.
