Leadership at Quantum Plastics

RON EMBREE

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & PRESIDENT

Mr. Embree joined Quantum Plastics in May of 2015 with the acquisition of River Bend Industries “RBI”, a company he founded in 2006. As a seasoned manufacturing executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in a variety of industries, he offers expertise in the manufacturing of a variety of products including metal stamping and fabrication, consumer electronics, consumer packaged goods, and injection molding.

 

Mr. Embree spent 15 years with injection molder Moll Industries, where he served as President. Mr. Embree was the primary relationship contact with the major customers of Moll during his tenure which resulted in quadrupled sales across four plants in the U.S. and Mexico. After Mr. Embree departed Moll in 2006, he acquired Moll’s Ft. Smith, Arkansas plant and formed River Bend Industries. During 2008, RBI acquired the assets of Victor Plastics in Victor, Iowa.  During 2009, Mr. Embree formed the Hospitec Division for RBI which specializes in proprietary products including Kosmo Coolers. In 2015, this division added the Apollo Plastics brands to its product offering.  Mr. Embree holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Quality Engineer, a Certified ISO Auditor and has extensive training in Six Sigma.

LISA FIORENZA

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Ms. Fiorenza was named Chief Financial Officer of Quantum Plastics in January of 2015.   She provides key financial leadership and oversight for the multi-location company including budgeting and financial controls, financial reporting, and is a key executive for mergers and acquisitions. She is responsible for the Enterprise Resource Planning and information technology deployment within the Quantum Plastics divisions. Prior to being named as CFO, Ms. Fiorenza was a Senior Manager at Plante Moran specializing in structured deal financing for a variety of clients in multiple industries.

 

With a background in both public and private accounting, Ms. Fiorenza has extensive experience and expertise in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, operational reviews, and corporate restructuring.  Ms. Fiorenza, a former Board Member and Treasurer of Landmarks Illinois and the Boys and Girls Club of Elgin, is actively involved in contributing and advocating for her community and profession. Ms. Fiorenza earned her degree in accounting and biology from Augustana College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
