Quantum Plastics is pleased to announce Crystal Gonzalez, from the Master Molded Products Division, and Leah Hamilton, from the River Bend Industries Ft. Smith Division, have both been named Quantum Plastics Regional Human Resource Managers.
Crystal will continue to manage Master Molded Products and will assume the human resource role for the 3D Plastics and Plasticos Promex, USA Divisions. Crystal began at Master Molded in March of 2012 as its first Spanish speaking Human Resource Manager. She has excelled both inside Master Molded and out. Crystal is certified through HRCI as a Senior Human Resources Professional and as a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional through SHRM. These designations require many hours of coursework, a minimum of seven years of experience in human resources field and the passing of a rigorous exam. Outside Master Molded Products, Crystal is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Business Administration and sits as the Chapter President of the Illinois Fox Valley SHRM, a not for profit group providing resources to other human resource professionals.
Leah Hamilton first began with River Bend Industries in Arkansas in January of 2014, but has brought with her over 30 years of Human Resource experience in a number of capacities and had once managed over 3000 employees in 47 locations across 24 states! In her new capacity as Regional Human Resource Manager, Leah will oversee all Human Resource activities for both River Bend Industries locations in Arkansas and Iowa. She has devoted her entire career to Human Resources having only had 4 jobs in her working life- all in Human Resources. She has experience creating and implementing safety and training programs to increase safety measures in the facilities she manages. Leah has also had great success moving a previous company paperless. Outside of RBI, Leah is a member of the Arkansas Society of Human Resource Management Chapter.
